Practice for Yourself. Practice for the World.

Learning how to heal our anxiety is crucial - for our own health and wellbeing, as well as for the health and wellbeing of our children.

There is so much to be anxious about.

But thankfully, there are time-tested, holistic, and effective ways to work with anxiety.

All is not lost.

We are lucky and privileged to be in a position where we can learn how to heal.

Here's what I know:

  • Even if just one person stays calm in a crisis - it makes a huge difference.
  • Politics have become divisive and based on delusion, manipulation, and fear. A personal practice is essential for staying clear on what you value, and being open to meaningful discussions with other people from other walks of life.
  • You are capable of healing. No matter what. Your higher self, your truest self, and your spirit are never leaving you.

The following sequence will help calm your nervous system - as well as help you be a beacon of light in the world by focusing on postures that help open the hips, release stored anger, and are great for sciatica:

1. Seated Glute Press on a Ball
2. Sphinx Pose
3. Child's Pose
4. Reclining L
5. Bridge Pose
6. Shavasana

I'll help you find compassion for yourself while you practice, so that you can extend that compassion out to all beings everywhere.
