Namaste & Welcome!

I'm so glad you're here. My name is Sally, and I'm passionate about living yoga.

My goal is to practice on my mat every day for at least 5 minutes, but I also think practicing patience, presence, and courage in other aspects of my life is equally as important.

That's my husband Eric over there. We sure do trigger each other (can you relate?!), but I feel lucky to learn about myself through relationship with him, and to be loved and practice loving someone I'm so close to. Sometimes it's easier for me to have patience and openness toward casual acquaintances than my family!! Wild.

I'm also a big geek when it comes to fruit, vegetables, grains and legumes. Catch me in the right mood and I could easily talk to you about vegan food for hours. Oh, and true sourdough bread - don't even get me started.
