Give yourself the gift of deep peace, rest, and energetic restoration this holiday season! Join Sally and Erin for an afternoon of Yin Yoga and Reiki that will allow you to step fully into 2018 as your brightest self. Sally will lead you through a meditative Yin Yoga practice of long held poses targeting the fascia and organ meridians that will cultivate deep relaxation and peace while Erin offers Reiki, a universal energy modality received through hands on placement that promotes spiritual wellbeing. We will end in meditation, contemplation, and reflection. This is a powerful  workshop designed to bring you fully into your body, clear your mind, and elevate your soul. Pre-registration is required. Open to all levels- no experience necessary.
