My private sessions will help you feel better in your body and calm your mind.
In this 50-minute session you'll receive individualized support for your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. My private sessions usually involve discussion as well as practice and can be customized to suit your areas of interest or your mood on a given day. For example, if you'd like to practice yin yoga or meditation for the whole time, we can! Or if you'd like to discuss potential root causes of your imbalances, and how Ayurveda, Yoga, Meditation, Taoism or Myofascial release could help you - we can do that, too! Feel free to pick my brain, ask all your questions, or just come as you are with no plan and I'll lead the way.
