Join Sally for this fun and lighthearted meditation class with her 10-month old, 15-lb mini-labradoodle puppy, Kiki!

We’ll gather and giggle at her cuteness and then settle into stillness. Kiki loves when people meditate and knows how to be quiet when the humans around her get quiet. After meditation, you’ll be offered matcha or any other tea of your choice and are welcome to play or cuddle with Kiki.

Please note that this class is only open to dog-lovers: Kiki will most definitely jump on you when you arrive and will probably lick your hands while you are meditating :)
