What's Included: Yin Yoga and Guided Somatic Meditation
Join Sally every Sunday morning for 4-weeks on ZOOM for a powerful yin yoga and somatic meditation practice to ground your nervous system and regulate your emotions.
You'll learn about the concept of Vajra, or Indestructible Calm, and how to locate it within your body. If you've been curious about how to stay centered when it feels like the world around you is crumbling, I think you’ll love this course.
No prior experience with yin yoga or somatic meditation is required, although brand new beginners to yoga may find the stillness and silence that are interwoven into the course to be difficult. You are still most welcome to attend, please just be prepared to potentially meet your edge of discomfort and know you are always welcome to come out of the postures or practices at any time.
You’ll need a wide variety of props for this course. Please see the props page here for more details and gather as many of them as possible. If you're unable to have the props, it's absolutely ok and you can improvise with what you have at home.

Note: Indestructible Calm is not about ignoring the suffering of the world or pretending everything is fine. On the contrary, it is about clearly seeing the suffering of the world and simultaneously anchoring the mind to an inexhaustible, never-ending resource of calm that always exists inside every human being.
