Social anxiety can include symptoms like sweating, trembling or shaking, a rapid heartbeat, and an upset stomach. We might avoid social situations, overanalyze conversations, or stay quiet when we socialize.
In this class, Sally will gently guide you through a series of yin yoga postures that will open the heart space to alleviate these feelings.
For this class, you’ll need two blocks, a blanket, and some wall space.
