Note: Space is limited to 10 students. This will be a small group experience where you can ask questions and receive individualized answers.
Here's what you'll learn:
- How to locate and palpate the spleen and stomach meridians in your own body
- How to practice and teach 7 powerful yin yoga postures for the spleen and stomach meridians
- How to modify each posture to suit different body types and levels of flexibility
- What to say when you're teaching these postures (and what not to say!)
- How to practice these postures at home - including how often, what time of day, which postures to choose for yourself, whether to practice in silence or not in silence, with a timer or without a timer, etc

- The connection between feelings of enoughness, contentment, self-esteem and the spleen
- The opportunity to liberate difficult emotions like anxiety, worry, neediness and the feeling that you are not enough or could never have enough to feel full
- The waves of release and stillness that wash over your body and mind when you come out of a yin yoga posture for the spleen meridian
Here's what you'll get:
- A certificate of completion for 5 CEU's that can be submitted to Yoga Alliance
- The embodied experience of being in a room with other yin yoga teachers who are also doing the work of tending to their spleen meridian and cultivating a feeling of enoughness inside themselves
