Sally will guide you through some of the most classic and helpful yin yoga postures - like legs up the wall and deer pose. You’ll also release your IT band and roll out your calves.

In terms of props, you’ll need some wall space to do legs up the wall, a foam roller, a bolster and a yoga block.
