The Chakras are located in the Subtle Body along Sushumna Nadi. With practice, they can be felt as deep within the inner landscape of the body, not on the surface of the body.
You'll learn the names of each of the 7 primary chakras, as well as their locations.
You'll practice gentle, accessible yin yoga postures where I guide you through a somatic meditaiton on each chakra - one at a time, slowly and with plenty of time to feel and explore your inner world.
