Many people will fall asleep before getting through the entire recording. That's ok! You can always just do as much as you can - there's no harm in falling asleep before the end of the recording.

Please note that Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation practice that you do lying down on your back. You can do it in your bed, or on the ground, wherever is most comfortable for you. No prior experience is required. 

"Somatic" just means that I'll guide your awareness through different parts of your body, and that the overall goal is embodiment and relaxation. There are no visualizations of other things, other objects, or other "more peaceful" locations as there might be in different kinds of yoga nidra.
