In these 10 weeks, you'll learn how to work with, understand, honor and feel the following emotions in your body:

- Overwhelm
- Anxiety
- Worry
- Avoidance
- Excitement
- Dread
- Fear
- Vulnerability
The 10th and last class will be centered around healthy transitions, and is designed to help integrate everything you've learned into your daily life.
