I'll be reading from Brene Brown's book "Atlas of the Heart," and sharing my experience about how we can reduce stress by embodying the yin principals of stillness, inward attention, and a soft gentle attitude toward ourselves.
All levels of experience and flexibility are welcome.
Modifications and variations are given for all the postures I'll teach you.
