I'll help you understand your Ayurvedic constitution in terms of vata, pitta, and kapha as well as answer any questions you have about applying Ayurvedic principles to your everyday life - no matter how stressed out, depressed or busy you are!

We will discuss potential root causes of your imbalances and how Ayurveda could help.

You will receive recommendations that may include lifestyle changes, yoga postures, recipes, food suggestions, teas and herbs.

If you have not already scheduled your first session, I will send you an email with my next available openings, and a ZOOM link for our first Ayurvedic consultation after your payment.
