How distinguishing between Ego and Buddha Nature can serve our healing process and help us relate to everyday struggles with more clarity and ease.

How to rest in our basic goodness by dropping the thoughts and feeling what we feel.

How to work with self-hatred, criticism and perfectionism in an embodied way.

The connection between our yin organs (kidneys, liver, spleen, heart and lungs) and our emotional suffering.

Ancient Taoist practices using color visualization, healing sounds, and mudras that reconnect us with our body in a loving and gentle way.
